WELCOME TO THE NEURODIVERSE WORLD OF CUTE DOG CONSULTING UK
Cute Dog is a UK based Social Enterprise working with people of neurodiversity to create new employment opportunities.
We are an employer who employs a neurodivergent team.
We are working in London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex with employers and the Job Centre to create suitable roles for our 100+ neurodiverse clients.
We aren’t employment agency, and we don’t charge for what we do.
We are working with the DWP, Smart Dog CIC, Bright Kitty CIC, Prestige Valuations in Hatton Garden, QK Associates, HAWA CIC, WEA, NAS, SFEDI, City and Guilds, and a number of housing associations.
Our speciality is to work with you one to one and then approach the best, most suitable employer for you.
Firstly, we are passionate about Neurodiversity – all our staff are neurodivergent, (enjoying our superpower of ADHD and Autism) so we understand from a personal perspective the barriers that ‘Team Neurodivergent’ faces in the UK employment market.
Current estimates are that 1 in 7 people in the UK are neurodivergent. Recent statistics show that only about 20% of diagnosed and undiagnosed neurodivergent people in the UK are in work.
What are we doing to improve this?
Working with the DWP, we are providing confidence building and skills development programmes to help anyone referred to us to embrace their special powers and understand how to explain these to employers.
We are working hard to make sure that our graduates help employers understand the value of employing neurodivergent people rather than the other way round …
In general, neurodiverse people are truthful, loyal, punctual, good at following instructions and are a joy to work with.
Cute Dog Consulting are Disability Confident Leaders Level 3 and will help your organisation to achieve this prestigious Government standard by offering advice and verifying your application.
As a City and Guilds and ILM centre, we have over 10 years experience in offering apprenticeships in Housing, Customer Service, Team Leading, Management, Business and Administration, Sales and Insurance and are working with Lead Bodies to develop the new Apprenticeships in Business Advice.
We provide training for people who are not in paid employment, those with neurodiversity (or who are awaiting a diagnosis), offering a unique and bespoke service which is free to anyone who needs help to find a job or a volunteering role. We can’t promise to find a solution for everyone but we certainly won’t give up till we’ve tried our very best for you!
We have brought onside a number of agencies, businesses and third sector organisations in the UK who are willing to help, including:
The DWP, Smart Dog CIC, Bright Kitty CIC, Prestige Valuations in Hatton Garden, QK Associates, HAWA CIC, WEA, NAS, SFEDI, City and Guilds, and a number of housing assocations.
